PANTANI MOVES FROM FRYPAN TO FIRE AS GROUP PETITIONS HIM TO THE US CONSULATE.

The incumbent minister of communication, Dr. Isa pantami had again come under attack by some group tagged "concerned Nigerians".

The group had petitioned Pantami based on the reports of some blogs in Nigeria inditing him of being an accomplice to the Boko Haram terrorist group.

The convener of the group, Comrade Deji Adeyanju shared a copy of the petition on his Twitter handle where Pantami was petitioned and the US was asked to delve back into the Minister's case and possibly place him permanently on the terrorist watchlist.

The group maintained that Isa pantami has been tainted with an antecedent of questionable romance with high profile terrorist groups, like the al-queda and ISWAP, hence he is standing in the Nigerian Government as a potential threat to the Nation's security.

The petition was closed with the phrase "terrorists do not repent, they are only looking for an opportunity to get close to power and strike harder",  hence the need to place Pantami under a well monitored scrutiny and it is the US that is in the right position to offer such because Buhari will not be able to,owing to the fact he is drawn to kinds of people like pantami.

According to fresh reports, the letter has been received and acknowledged by the US department of State.

GIVING THANKS TO GOD

Melrosechurch.org Jesus' response to the pharisees who demanded that he should rebuke his disciples at his triumphant entry to Jerusalem is a very instructive one, He had responded that, "… if these should hold their peace, the stones will immediately cry out ", signalling that God gets his praise from the entirety of his creation and as such, if any created group deem themselves too important, there are more than enough alternatives to step into that void. Most of the times, the discourse about giving thanks to God is often steered along the course of why we should do it and what happens if we do it, albeit, we often overlook the undesirable outcome of not doing the same. Jesus' response paints a gory picture of disgraceful replacement and sidelining for those who do not see reason to thank God.    As revealed in revelations 4:11, our major preocuppation as creatures of God should be to worship him with all we are and have, and as matter of fact, one the ...

FAITHBERG

The Gigantic Voyager was a grand vessel, her sails billowing like the wings of a mighty albatross as she cruised through the cerulean waves of the North Atlantic. On board, twelve-year-old Rudolf stood by the ship's starboard, his heart filled with equal parts wonder and trepidation. Just before their journey, he'd been engrossed in the tale of the Titanic—a story that chilled him to his bones. His grandmother, Sheila, had noticed the concern in his eyes. "Rudolf, my dear," she had said with a gentle but firm tone, "the sea is as fickle as it is beautiful. Dwelling on the past, especially such tragedies, may invite misfortune." Rudolf had nodded, but the shadow of the Titanic lingered in his thoughts like a storm cloud on the horizon. Days into their voyage, the sea that had been calm and inviting began to show adverse signs. The wind picked up, howling through the rigging, and the once-placid waves grew into towering swells that tossed the ship ...

PUTTING OUT A FLEECE: WHEN DOES IT GO TOO FAR?

Image Credit: In Touch Ministries  Ever been at a crossroads, at the juncture of making some life-defining decisions, and found yourself asking, “God, give me a sign!” Perhaps it was for a new job, a relationship, a move across the country, or a chance to start over. You think, “Should I make this move?” So, just like Gideon, you asked for a sign, and waited for confirmation. But when does asking God for a sign become less about faith and more about avoidance? And are we sometimes, in our quest for reassurance, pushing God’s patience? The story of Gideon is a classic example of a man seeking reassurance and confirmation from God about a big national assignment. Israel, in Gideon’s time, had distanced themselves from God. They were spiritually starved, oppressed by the Midianites, and had lost every thread of intimacy with God. When the Angel of the Lord appeared to Gideon, he was, understandably, hesitant to believe what he was hearing. So, he “put out a fleece,” asking for a mirac...
